Our course lasts one week during which you will be able to:
– Meet the team of teachers at TANDEM Madrid, a prestigious school with 40 years of experience.
– Participate in workshops where we will learn together and share ideas and experiences.
– Learn by observing other teachers. Each teacher has his or her own way of teaching and his or her own personality and energy, but at TANDEM we also have a common line of work which is affectivity, a humanistic approach to education, closeness and becoming facilitators of experiences with our students.
– All observations will be guided and will have a tutoring session to reflect on the experience of observing.
– Participate in a cultural program with the Spanish students.
– Work on topics that will be practical, current and motivating to bring into our classes, such as artificial intelligence in the classroom, attention to diversity, mediation, etc
– Enjoy the cultural offerings of Madrid and its lively city life.
You can apply for an Erasmus Plus grant to do this course, and ask for more information at your center.
If you also need it, we can organize transfer and accommodation in residence or with a host family.
If the center where you work has brought groups to TANDEM, you do not pay the registration fee and you also get a 10% discount
(total to be paid: 360 euros).
